AI/HS/HS2/KK - Apartment 3 (Patreon)

The construction of the Apartment 3 is finally complete. 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen and a balcony. Like the other apartment mods of me, this also comes empty and is ready to be filled with the furniture of your liking, so you be free in your creativity. Also some single elements were added as seperate objects, if you want to use the windows or pillars for example in other scenes. Last but not least, the textures/materials of all floors, ceilings and walls for every room, can be modified via RendererEditor or MaterialEditor, if you are looking for a different look.
