Time Skip/Jolt Assault Free Release + Update (Patreon)

Hello guys! Hope you are all doing fine.

So since a lot of people seem to had issues with the skill i decided to update it and fix it. Here is a list of changes:

• Improved range and speed
• Tweaked cameras and effects
• It now costs 5 ki bars and cannot be blocked
• Fixed animations, now one single x2m for all races.

If you have the old version make sure to unistall it first
