Hello! it's been a while, sorry for not letting you know what i have been doing but i didn't want to write with nothing else. So yeah due to finnancial issues i had to work again and i wasn't able to keep modding but i'm back now and i want to thank those who keep supporting me, really i mean it. 

Now the skill: This was requested by  my friend FiiroProchainezo as the title say is a attemp to get Android 21's skill on xenoverse.

Not much to say about it aside from that.
