Some of you have been askign for updates on skyrift so i wanted to take some time today to talk about that. YES WE'RE WORKING ON IT! lol here you can see the remaining seven pages in there various states. most are trace, toned, and ready for color. one still needs tone. the last page i am still sketching. as you can see. Sol gets himself in a pickle, and new characters are on the rise. right now only me and Bellum are working on it. Last month our payout was low. there were many declined charges, which resulted in a loss of $400 believe it or not. our payout was below $1200, and when that happens i cannot afford to split it 4 ways to pay Rose Gold and Popabear to help us. im not pointing fingers but i just wanted to make the process transparent so you can see how it effects us. when this happens we have to take time out of our work to promote and try to bring in new patrons, ultimately id like to bring our total up to $1500 that would make us all comfortable. by the way ALL FOUR COMMISSION SLOTS are open for next month so you may want to hop on that if you're reading this.

Might be a lot of those declined charges are from people trying to use PayPal; PayPal doesn't tolerate paying for adult content, so people who try to use it will have their pledges declined. To support an adult-content Patron, you've gotta pledge an actual credit card.

That or people might be getting tired of waiting for what they were promised at specific points. I know a lot of people in this world are "You missed a SINGLE point....we are through." which can get very annoying when you are working on such a huge project with so many extra rewards collecting to shove into peoples faces along with the original content. But nope...some people just rage quit once pissed....sad.

And yes Onagi we understand that it takes time and money to pay people...but your wording comes off as slightly passive aggressive for someone depending on people's income to keep up the project. I'd suggest removing the line "Im not pointing fingers." and just say "I wanted to make the process transparent." plus Im sure they'll come back, as from what I hear there were a few banks in europe that froze online payments for fear of 'terrorist' funding.

Delays happen, but it would be nice to know of them when they do, rather than wait for weeks wondering if the project is still going on. Some people have thin skin for delays, but when money is collected for a project people can usually expect that its schedule holds. Or at least to be told when it doesn't. The first page of Skyrift was posted on last September and we now have 14 pages, so progress has been slow. In the last month we've got one full side comic and four animations posted here. That is nice, but not what some people pledged money for. It is starting to look like Skyrift is the last in priority for the team.
