Yeah, for sure. There are so many animes that use other languages, aside from Japanese (obviously). I've seen some anime use Russian, Spanish, German, French and English (which goes hand-in-hand with a lot of them). Take Bleach for example. They have some Spanish thrown in there with villains using them to call out some of their techniques and powers, which is freakin' cool.

yeah anything in reference to the Hollows is spanish and anything in reference to the quincies is german :)
