I've said this on another video but whew, if you think this is convoluted, just wait. This is one of the few shows (in general not just anime) that does mind control right and adds such amazing depth that wouldn't be possible without it, all while keeping the MC fallible as well as having logical weaknesses. Even later in the show, when lets just say Lelouch gets even more powerful, the enemy's are able to adapt and the show is able to keep you on your toes and surprise you even until the very last minutes.

Also, it's one of literally maybe only five shows I can say ends somewhat abruptly in a twist that many people who like predictable endings would say "WAIT THATS HOW THIS ENDS" in a negative way, I say about it in the most positive way possible.
