The Ice Villian you talked about at the beginning is Geten, who fought Dabi last season in My Villian Academia lol. I'd save watching the ending at least until episode 11, there are 4 different visual differences for this ending. Eraser is erasing his quirks, except the body modification ones like regen, strength etc. those are kinda built into him and are a separate category if that makes sense. They briefly explain that in this episode which I think you missed.

Eraserhead erased his quirks like air blast,radio waves, regeneration etc. however Shigaraki has bioengineered physique like the Nomu so that's why he's still has superhuman capabilities, a good example of this would be like in the USJ battle in season 1 where Eraserhead erased the Nomu's quirk but it still was able to break his bones like twigs. They briefly explained it in this episode which you missed as per usual.

Joey please man I love your reaction but cut a little of the goofy rub on jokes. You miss sooo much of what’s going on because you get to caught up in them. Other than that I appreciate the reaction as always.

Oh and I definitely suggest postponing the other reactions and binge at least to the end of this “encounter” because it’s much much better when you watch it in succession.
