This isn't a spoiler, but as far as we've been told up until this point, it was actually revealed in this episode lol, but Kurogiri is the only Nomu that's base is a deceased UA student, the one Endeavor fought was said to be a thug or a boxer or something who was obsessed with fighting the strongest person he could, and you haven't been told anything about the others I believe. Maybe the first one that All Might fought was revealed back in season 1 or 2 I can't recall. Also, remember the opening slightly changes next episode around 20 seconds in at the logo for the show.
