I'm a bit late with saying this, but here's something I don't think you noticed: There was no episode title card at the beginning of this episode. This time, they saved the episode title for the very end when Kota said "My hero." It showed up in the bottom-left there.

You know I've always interpreted Deku's 100% as the max energy from One for All that Deku's body can handle, and the reason he can tap into more is because he is tapping into the enormous reservoir of power still available to him. The reason All Might is so insanely over powered is because his body reached the point handle the the full max power of One for All.
