You're right, the intro is, I think, slightly different. In the previous one, the Hashira's faces are shadowed because you haven't meet them yet. Only Shinobu and Giyu have their faces revealed. In this opening, you can see that there are still two Hashiras which are shadowed because they haven't been shown in the "final scene" of the previous episode. In the next one, they should appear like the others
