Keep in my deku’s current ofa power isn’t even as strong as the weakened all might yet because of his current physical body and lack of mastery of the quirk. The more stronger deku grows physically the more stronger his ofa will become as he masters it

The banner that appeared by Todoroki as the episode ended was actually the name of the episode (Shoto Todoroki: Origin). You probably didn't notice, but there was no episode title card at the beginning this time. That's because they were saving it for the very end, right as Todoroki's journey begins.

I know this reaction was from a few months ago, but it would totally be worth rewatching this in the sub if you get the chance. Todoroki's voice actor (Yuki Kaji) gives me chills every time in this episode.

true, but deku would never use 100% on a person in this current point in time, especially not todoroki. so in terms of quirks, ofa is way stronger, but in terms of actually using the power, todoroki was leagues ahead.
