I'm kind of annoyed that they changed the line in the dub when Todoroki faces the robots. In the sub he said "Since my stupid old man is watching" which is the first hint about how he feels about his dad but they changed it to "Since my dear old dad is watching" which has a completely different feel to it.

personally, i don't think that it does. i feel like he clearly says "dear old dad" in a sarcastic way, which sums up his feelings for him very well.
