Buona Domenica GRANDE CUCULO,

è da qualche tempo che vi racconto che oltra alla palestra ho iniziato il corso di balli caraibici.

Oggi voglio ripassare qualche passo insieme a voi e chi di voi conosce anche solo i rudimenti di ballo, dovrà perdonarmi ma sono solo alla quarta lezione e quindi sono sicura che riuscirò a megliorare; e poi considerate che oggi è la prima volta che provo qualche passo di ballo con i tacchi.

Ebbene si, fino ad adesso in palestra ho sempre ballato con le scarpe da ginnastica; un giorno o l'altro bisognava pur iniziare, giusto?

Fatemi sapere se vi piacciono questi generi di balli e magari qualcuno saprà aiutarmi e correggermi.

I've been telling you for some time now that in addition to the gym I started a Caribbean dance course.

Today I want to go over a few steps with you and those of you who know even the rudiments of dance will have to forgive me but I'm only on the fourth lesson and so I'm sure I'll be able to improve; and then consider that today is the first time I've tried some dance moves in heels.

Well yes, up until now I have always danced in sneakers in the gym; One day or another we had to start, right?
