Ciao Patreon buona domenica!

Domenica tempo di riposo, di famiglia e di pranzi dove il dolce non manca quasi mai. 

Così quasi in via di guarigione, vi riporto nella mia cucina per preparare un dolce che può andare bene dalla colazione inzuppato nel caffelatte, al the delle 17 od ancora per un dopocena con un buon caffè.

Ho cercato una ricetta dove potessi utilizzare degli ingredienti che già avevo in casa e coì oggi vi cucinerò:

TORTA AL CACAO CON SEMOLA

Non ho sbagliato a scrivere tantomeno ad utilizzare la farina; questa volta volevo provare ad usare la semola al posto della farina e vedere quale sarebbe stato il risultato.

Morbida, soffice e gustosa...assolutamente da provare!

Hello Patreon happy Sunday!

Sunday time of rest, family and lunches where the dessert is almost never lacking.

So almost on the mend, I take you back to my kitchen to prepare a dessert that can go well from breakfast dipped in coffee, to tea at 5:00 PM or even for an after dinner with a good coffee.

I looked for a recipe where I could use ingredients I already had at home and so today I will cook for you:

COCOA CAKE WITH SEMOLINA

I was not wrong in writing, nor in using flour; this time I wanted to try using semolina instead of flour and see what the result would be.

Soft, fluffy and tasty ... a must try!
