Ciao miei Patreon, mentre le mie giornate frenetiche proseguono con i preparativi per la NotteBianca a Savigliano di Sabato prossimo, colgo l'occasione di  questa GIORNATA MONDIALE DEL BACIO, per salutarvi e darvi appuntamento con una nuova diretta serale per VENERDI' prossimo 8 Luglio alle ore 22.00

Sono  anche felice ( solo a metà) perchè sono appena tornata dalla visita dalla dietologa; ho perso 1 cm di girovita, ma purtroppo gli orari e le cene fatte malamente dell'ultimo mese non mi hanno fatto perdere altro peso. 

Appena sarà terminata anche quest'ultima fatica di sabato prossimo, mi riprenderò il tempo dovuto alla ginnastica, alla corretta alimentazione e tante altre belle cose insieme a voi.

Hello my Patreons, while my hectic days continue with the preparations for the White Night in Savigliano next Saturday, I take the opportunity of this WORLD KISS DAY, to greet you and give you an appointment with a new live broadcasting evening for next FRIDAY 8 July at 10.00 pm

I am also happy (only halfway) because I have just returned from the visit to the dietician; I lost 1 cm of waist, but unfortunately the times and the poorly done dinners of the last month have not made me lose any more weight.

As soon as this last effort on next Saturday is over, I will take back my time dedicated to gymnastics, proper nutrition and many other beautiful things with you.
