Ciao Patreon come state? 

in questo week end ho deciso di portarvi nuovamente nella mia cucina  perchè sarà che sono un pò incasinata e il corpo chiede cibo, anche se in realtà con la dieta non dovrei cucinare troppo i dolci

Ma qualcuno di voi la volta scorsa mi ha detto che gli sarebbe piaciuto cucinare le "crepes"...e allora pronti eccomi al lavoro per voi!

Mi raccomando però vorrei vedere il vostro risultato nella community.

Sarà una versione neutra in modo che potrete farcirla sia con il dolce sia con il salato.

Cosa Farò io oggi? sto andando in SPA a fare il   turno di Operatrice di sauna, per poter fare esperienza sul corso di Maestri di Sauna fatto un paio di settiamane fa!
