Ciao miei Patreon, in questo fine Gennaio torna una nuova charity; una donazione ad una associazione da voi proposta.

Questa volta ci spostiamo in Australia e andiamo a sostenere l'ospedale di Perth "FRIENDS OF Royal Perth Hospital", e lo sosteniamo con una parte delle vostre iscrizioni a questo canale.

Non facciamo solo una donazione ma GAZMAN vuole portare anche la propria esperienza di quando diversi anni fa si è accorto di un problema di affaticamento generale e sempre più grave con il passare dei giorni, ogni volta che faceva attività sportiva.

 Dopo una lunga serie di analisi gli hanno confermato  una CARDIOMIOPATIA, che è una malattia spesso ereditaria, che rende difficile al cuore pompare il sangue al resto del corpo.

GAZ è stato salvato attraverso un trapianto di Cuore e da più di 10 anni è oramai tornato in forma, ma il messaggio che vuole inviare è quello di avere tempo da dedicare a se stessi, all'attività fisica e non sottovalutare i messaggi che ci manda il nostro corpo. 

Come lo era stato lui, tante altre persone sono in attesa di cure per questa malattia, ed abbiamo così deciso di fare un piccolissimo gesto anche noi per sostenere questa associazione.

 After a long series of tests, he was confirmed as having CARDIOMYOPATHY, which is an often inherited disease that makes it difficult for the heart to pump blood to the rest of the body.

GAZ was saved through a heart transplant and has been back in shape for more than 10 years, but the message he wants to send is to have time to dedicate to himself, to physical activity and not to underestimate the messages he sends us. our body.
