ciao Patreon come state?

La mia quarantena continua e durerà fino all'8 giugno ma per fortuna stiamo tutti bene compresa mia figlia che nonostante si ancora positiva, i sintomi sono spariti.

Ma veniamo a noi e alla mia latitanza! Diciamo che la stanchezza della quarantena e l'impossibilità di riuscire a creare contributi fuori e dentro le mura un pò mi fa essere lontano da voi ma sono contenta perchè il vostro affetto è quotidiano :-)

Allora, oggi facciamo nuovamente un pò di ginnastica insieme...è stata dura ma sono riuscita a terminare la sessione, un allenamento intermedio ma molto tosto per dimagrire.

Vediamo se anche voi riuscite a terminare l'allenamento; nel  frattempo io aspetto il nuovo tappetino per continuare il nostro allenamento "prova bikini!"

A presto e continuate a postare foto e notizie perche il tg appena finita la quarantena arriverà nelle vostre case!

hello Patreon how are you?

My quarantine continues and will last until June 8 but luckily we are all fine including my daughter who despite her still positive, the symptoms have disappeared.

But let's come to us and to my inaction! Let's say that the tiredness of the quarantine and the impossibility of being able to create contributions outside and inside the walls makes me a little distant from you but I'm happy because your affection is daily :-)

So today we do some gymnastics together again ... it was tough but I managed to finish the session, an intermediate but very tough workout to lose weight.

Let's see if you too can finish the workout; in the meantime I am waiting for the new mat to continue our "bikini test!"
