Spero abbiate passato un buon week end, Io riesco a salutarvi solo ora perchè è stato un week end intenso soprattutto di mangiate,

E si ieri mattina ho lavorato e fatto una diretta dedicata a Quintessenza: chissà se qualche Patreon sarà riuscita a vederla e ad imparare qualcosa in più sulle erbe e spezie?

Poi cena con mio zio ed oggi un pranzo quasi da nozze con le mie ragazze per festeggiare i mie 25 anni di matrimonio ( anche se la ricorrenza sarà martedi ma la ragazza più grande non ci sarà causa studio e lavoro), ben 11 a pranzo ma mi sono fatta aiutare dalle 2 ragazze più piccole!

Poi affittato auto per la vacanza a Creta ed infine una bella passeggiata per smaltire il tutto.

Ed ora? Una buona tisana per andare a dormire serena e ripartire domani con slancio e ritrovarci a metà settimana sicuramente con il TG.

I hope you had a good weekend, I can only say goodbye to you now because it was an intense weekend especially of eating

And yes, yesterday morning I worked and did a live show dedicated to Quintessenza: who knows if some Patreons will be able to see it and learn more about herbs and spices?

Then dinner with my uncle and today an almost wedding lunch with my girls to celebrate my 25 years of marriage (even if the anniversary will be Tuesday but the older girl will not be there due to study and work), 11 for lunch but I got help from the 2 younger girls!

Then rented a car for the holiday in Crete and finally a nice walk to dispose of it all.

And now? A good herbal tea to go to sleep peacefully and leave tomorrow with enthusiasm and find us again mid-week certainly with the news.
