Io bene anche se la fretta non mi abbandona in questi giorni.

A dire il vero sono riuscita a ritagliarmi del tempo per continuare la mia corsa verso il peso forma in attesa dell'estate, anche se la vedo dura poter sfoggiare il bikini.

E allora tra una sessione di ginnastica ed una camminata sostenuta, ho pensato di ritrovarci domani sera alle ore 22 per una chiacchierata distensiva tra amici in compagnia di un buon bicchiere di vino ed un dolce magari preparato insieme.

Si, la cucina si trasferirà nello studio fuori casa e per addolcire la vostra serata preparerò per voi una ricetta semplice, veloce e fresca.

I'm fine even if the rush doesn't leave me these days.
