Dato che fa brutto e non posso andare a ciaspolare, ho deciso di fare insieme a voi una sessione di ginnastica come vi avevo anticipato venerdi.

Hello Patreon have a nice weekend!

Since it's bad and I can't go snowshoeing, I decided to do a gym session with you as I had anticipated on Friday.
