Hello everyone patreon and happy Sunday. Mentre prosegue la scelta delle calze, e vi invito a continuare a mettere commenti per proporre le autoreggenti che  andrò a recensire per “glamissima”,  https://www.patreon.com/posts/next-glamissima-41212894  passo ancora un bel weekend in montagna e vi racconto una passeggiata di 40 minuti fatta ieri.

The goal was to get to COL BIONE in Val Sangone, starting from Borgata Mattonera; this village made up of a few huts at 1070 meters above sea level, was in the past centuries a place where hemp was grown for the weaving of linen.

Obiettivo era arrivare al COL BIONE in Val Sangone, partendo da Borgata Mattonera; questa borgata fatta di poche baite a 1070 mt sul livello del mare, è stata nei secoli scorsi luogo di coltivazione della canapa per la tessitura della biancheria. 

A particular oven stands out among the huts which, instead of being located on the ground floor, was instead located on the first floor of the house; The surrounding woods are rich not only in birch but also in precious wood such as beech and walnut. Today woods used for furniture while in past centuries they were burned in fireplaces for heating.

Spicca tra le baite un particolare forno che al posto di essere ubicato al piano terra, era invece posizionato al primo piano dell’abitazione; I boschi attorno ricchi non solo di betulle ma anche di legno pregiato come il faggio ed il noce. Oggi legni utilizzati per mobili mentre nei secoli scorsi erano bruciati nei camini per il riscaldamento.

Goal Col Bione that despite being only a 1h 20min walk, today I will not be able to reach because it is already afternoon and I have an appointment in just under 2 hours. So my walk begins and I will take you to see a beautiful plateau "PIAN IERMO" from which you can enjoy an excellent view of nearby Turin.

Obiettivo Col Bione che nonostante sia solo una passeggiata di 1h 20min, oggi non riuscirò a raggiungere perché è già pomeriggio ed ho un appuntamento tra poco meno di 2 ore. Quindi la mia passeggiata inizia e vi porterò a vedere un bel pianoro “PIAN IERMO” dal quale su gode una ottima visuale sulla vicina Torino.

While walking it is nice to observe the nature and the fruits of the forest that make us savor the approaching autumn: some hazelnuts fallen from the trees and some green chestnut hedgehogs which in a few months will instead be brown and pungent.

Camminando è bello osservare la natura ed i frutti del bosco che ci fanno assaporare l’autunno che si avvicina: qualche nocciola caduta dagli alberi e qualche verde riccio di castagna che tra qualche mese sarà invece marrone e pungente.

I was hoping to find some good “porcino” mushrooms but from the path without going into the woods, my harvest stops at a small GARITULA; a very good yellow mushroom for preparing pasta sauces.

Speravo di trovare qualche buon fungo “porcino” ma dal sentiero senza inoltrarsi nel bosco, il mio raccolto si ferma ad una piccola GARITULA; un funghetto giallo molto buono per preparare sughi per la pasta.

It is also nice to observe the strange shapes of roots and trunks, as well as to observe these however very poisonous mushrooms: AMANITA PHALLOIDE.

È poi bello osservare le strane forme di radici e tronchi, come anche osservare questi funghi però molto velenosi : AMANITA PHALLOIDE.

Finally, here we are in Pian Iermo and this is the beautiful landscape that can be seen from up here: the view dominates Turin, of which you can clearly see the long and straight Corso Francia and on its right the 2 new skyscrapers. A little further away you can see the "Mole Antonelliana" and the beautiful hill in the background.

In fine eccoci arrivati a Pian Iermo e questo è il bel paesaggio che si vede da quassù: la vista domina Torino, della quale si scorge nettamente il lungo e dritto Corso Francia e sulla sua destra i 2 nuovi grattacieli. Un po’ più in lontananza si vede poi la “Mole Antonelliana” e la bella collina sullo sfondo. 

But now I really have to go home, not without first having harvested the THYME that grows abundantly in this meadow.

Adesso però devo proprio tornare a casa, non senza prima avere raccolto del TIMO che cresce abbondante in questo prato.
