Hi Patreon here's another gym session; the ones I started doing following the "keep trainer" application. You see this recording while I am on vacation; there are still some technical improvements to be made, but in September they could become fixed appointments .. and it would not be bad if you too did these simple exercises. We will try how these recordings happen, to do Live also ... but we will talk about that in the new season in September.

Ciao Patreon ecco un'altra sessione di palestra; quelle che ho iniziato a fare seguendo l' applicazione "keep trainer".  Vedete questa registrazione mentre sono in vacanza; c'è ancora qualche miglioria tecnica da apportare, ma a settembre  potrebbero diventare degli appuntamenti fissi.. e non sarebbe male che anche voi faceste questi semplici esercizi. Cercheremo come avvengono queste registrazioni , di fare anche dei Live... ma di ciò ne parleremo nella nuova stagione  a Settembre.
