Carpe Diem 2 Gennaio 2020 (Patreon)

Siamo giunti al nostro appuntamento consueto del 2 del mese con il Carpe Diem! 

Come sempre questo post resterà online sole 24 ore.

Come raccontato nel post precedente, avevo bisogno di un metro, un taccuino, una matita e tanta buona volontà e quindi via alle misure per iniziare il mio appuntamento con la ginnastica e la dieta!

Devo dire che qualcuno di voi aveva azzeccato quale poteva essere l'argomento però ho comunque bisogno di voi perchè non so se ho preso tutte le misure giuste o se secondo voi ce ne sono altre che devo aggiungere per contare in modo giusto ( così posso aspirare a diventare statuaria! hehe)

Con i risultati ci daremo appuntamento ogni due settimane e magari potreste prendervele anche voi e poi confrontiamo tutti insieme chi avrà raggiunto il peso forma ideale!

We have reached our usual appointment of the 2nd of the month with the Carpe Diem!

As always this video will stay online only 24 h.

As told in the previous post, I needed a measuring tape, a notebook, a pencil and lots of good will and then off to the measures to start my appointment with gymnastics and diet!

I must say that some of you had guessed what the topic could have been but I still need you because I don't know if I have taken all the right measures or if you think there are others that I have to add to count correctly (so I can aspire to become statuesque! hehe)

With the results we will meet every two weeks and maybe you could take them too and then we will all compare who has reached the ideal weight!
