Honestly ... I'm kind of disappointed by what I'm seeing thus far in this set, but like what happened with the Pure As Sin set. It's the porn equivalent to looking at paint by numbers. It even lacks the attractiveness of erotica, since all I'm looking at is porn physics for porn reasons. What's happening lacks enticement, excitement or anticipation. So far, it just feels like miro is checking off checkboxes on a To Do list, which isn't as arousing as this set could have been.

This set has some promise, but that size is into the comically large section IMO. I don't know if this is coming from Miro himself or from the whole cabal of artist involved, who have quite different styles, but it feels less and less like what I expected from Miro. I would be happy if these sizes stay in some (not all) of these sets only or fun stuff sections only. Hopefully the next part won't be only oral. Indeed. It's a shame but I don't blame Miro as this was the size Patreon voted on. Come to think of it, I can't remember if I voted for this size. Not worth the wait so far. All that time for uneven lighting? Why are things being hidden in shadows? This has been a problem before. An image set of this kind was bound to seem spiritless in a certain sense, so I won't waste too much breath complaining about the 32 unnecessary opening images that establish one particular obvious story beat. But what I will say is that if less time, effort, and imagecount went into establishing setting and more time was put into strictly producing pornographic shots, then people wouldn't have grounds to critique the lackluster scene setting attempts. If visual language fails or is wasteful in scene setting, use dialogue. If you don't want to use dialogue, then just skip to the porn. Regardless, I am in constant awe of how much cock you people can fit into a mouth without it looking bad. It is an admirable feat that I more than appreciate. I would like to ask why Raven's skin seems to have become darker and her dick head seems to have shrank. If you select only these images and watch only them as a slideshow, the visual narrative structure gets both tighter AND better as far as I'm concerned. Worse, I'm completely convinced at this point in the release that this kind of Necessary Editing™ will produce a marked improvement in the visual story being told by this photoset once it has been fully released. Still … 26 keeper images out of 62 total images ought to tell you something (it certainly tells me something, and I'm paying attention!). It means that fully 58%(!) of the images released thus far are wasted effort that should not have made it to publication because they clog up the narrative of the story that you're supposed to be telling/showing us here. I encourage anyone and everyone who thinks that Seed of Lust has been somehow … lacking and/or substandard thus far … to cherry pick the images I've specified above and watch only those images and see if you (like me) think that paring the set down to just those images dramatically improves the set release overall by jettisoning a lot of unnecessary (and in numerous cases, unwanted!) images. When I can throw MORE THAN HALF of a release in the trash and wind up with a superior product … that's saying something. The only question is … will miro pay any attention/lend any credence to what being able to do what I've outlined here says about his creative choices in this (and presumably other) photosets?

Way too many fluff images in Part 1. I actually didn't get a chance to see Part 1 until now. Basing this purely on the precedent established by previous image sets that want to tell a story... Cyberpunk took roughly 7 to 8 images to establish the setting before getting down to business. Then in the middle, there were 5-6 more "story images" where they moved to a different scene. Great pacing. LOTT took about 23 "storyline images" before getting down to business. This one however, has a whopping 32 (!) non sex related images. 9 images of walking through a weirdly lit jungle,10 images of running through a ruin, 9 of a weirdly depicted "fight" and 5 different angles of Raven in the same pose grabbing the idol. I don't have anything against establishing the context of the story, but this set takes way too long to get to the same point we would've been at far earlier in other sets. In a nutshell, I don't want to be a downer because I've really been looking forward to Raven's debut, so I really, really hope our new girl is done some justice and we see some extra stuff on the other side of this one. 12 images of her running through a jungle as we see nothing but her backpack and 5 images of her grabbing an object is just not the debut she deserves.

I understand wanting to levy a big critical post about a set that has a number of big critical flaws but 4 of these 6 critiques are "the dick bend is bad" and that critique is ill-founded. I only posted it recently, but I have a longer post up north where I explain the bending and how it makes perfect physical sense. The dick bend isn't bad, open democracy is bad. And if you are going to complain you should complain about the right things for the right reasons. And I say this despite being a person whose particular eccentricities make it so I don't even have a problem with this set. Stop complaining about a sign of the problem, and start complaining about the problem.

Quick side thing, if you haven't already, take a look at the set in reverse. I think the whole position and how it plays out, works a hell of a lot better that way. Curious what you think. The real problem isn't open democracy. It is the way the choices are presented and further more, how miro and the team choose to interpret them. If the things we vote on come out poorly the buck stops with miro. Look at the set animations, some are rigidly created from small "snapshots of a certain period of time." (and look wonk af), others get looser interpretation and end up being better than what was in the set.
