Slushe - 3DX & 2D Adult Gallery Site (BETA) (Patreon)

Some of you may have noticed that we've been a bit quieter on Patreon during December. There's a good reason for that. We recently posted about it on Tumblr, but we feel it's a good time to tell you about it now as well. 

As you might've heard, Tumblr recently banned all adult content from its platform. This is a huge blow to an entire community. We lost another platform where people could freely enjoy sexual content, and many artists who used Tumblr as their main outlet to connect with fans are struggling to find a new home for their creations.  

Tumblr’s sudden announcement came as a surprise to us too. It actually compelled us to speed up the development of Slushe, which has been one of our pet projects for a while now. 

Slushe is a gallery site that caters to 3DX and 2D adult artists and their fans, to give adult content creators as much artistic freedom as possible. 

The drive behind Slushe's creation has always been to give the adult art community a place to call home. Slushe has been in part-time development since 2017, but the idea has been around since 2010... Because even back then we'd already seen far too many adult artists getting kicked off other platforms. Now it's happened again with Tumblr and we're tired of that crap. 

Currently, Slushe is still in its closed beta phase. 

• We're working intensively with artists who have joined our closed beta team. Because we're trying to give birth to Slushe as fast as we can, we've had a lot of work to do behind the scenes to improve the site's usability and general offerings, but everything we need for an open beta phase is coming together.  
  
• We plan to kick off the open beta phase very soon, so fans of adult art can come check out Slushe as well.
  
• If you're an artist, you can volunteer to join Slushe's beta testers. If you know of any 3DX or 2D adult artists who may be interested in Slushe, please let them know about what we're doing. :)

This is a really busy but exciting time for us. We'll post another announcement with more  information about Slushe when the site is ready for its open beta phase! :D
