Sorry for the unannounced hiatus. I've had to deal with some unexpected personal issues on top of the latest release. Because of the radio silence I've paused billing for one month and you should not be billed next month. And if you're on an annual plan your sub should be automatically extended by one month. If you have any issues with billing, dm us and we'll sort it out.

Regardless, I've been working on Flying High animations as well as preparing the next production cycle for my next game: Cerene Origins, so here's the plan for the next 6 months.

Cerene Origins

I enjoyed working on Flying High but one thing people were missing was a longer, deeper story, which I suppose goes in line with the visual novel theme. While I'm not opposed to exploring deeper story lines, I personally prefer replayability, which is why instead I'm focusing on adding a combat system. I'm currently testing the variation I like most as well as combat related concept art. Having said that, I will also pay more attention to giving the story elements that will exist more depth.

I've been tinkering with a new game engine, ui and sprite development as well as production tools for concept and sprite art. At this point I'll start showing off design concepts next month, August. The first visuals will include character, game ui and the mentioned combat concept art. This will give a first impression of the look and feel of the game. My goal is to have a playable demo ready by the end of the year. If anything changes, you'll hear it here first.

Flying High Animations

In the meantime in terms of content for patreons I will be working on animations extending the Flying High game as well as new scenes. I will post animations in iterations so that I can post more frequently and can consider feedback before posting the final version. I'll be working on these 3 animations in sequence:

After these 3 animations are done I'll try my hand on something new that we'll discuss in due course.

Flying High Animation 15 - the floating bj

So find attached the first wip animation of anim 15. There are some issues like the hair, for some parts the jiggle is off, clipping, etc. These will be corrected with the final version. I'm also planning on extending the animation with an erection sequence and more sex variations where Solar goes balls deep of course. Let me know what you think so far. I'm open to suggestions.

Good to see you're still around. Having more game in a porn game is nice, but I do hope you will still focus on the porn part first and foremost. Also I hope the combat part is actually engaging, used well and not grindy. Having battle after battle just to unlock 2 more sexy pics doesn't make the game repayable, just grindy and filled with mini-games imo. Since you're only talking about a demo by the end of the year, do you mean to support this project with updates going forward? I mean new updates that progress story and add content/characters/areas? I'm asking because imo the experience with Flying High post launch support has been pretty meh. Flying High was pretty much complete from the first version. All the support I've seen six months in is doing polishing and adding a little more content. Not really what we're used to with other VNs that deliver continuations to the story on regular basis going towards a climax of the story. I look forward to actually seeing something from the new game next month. When are you planning to show some models of the characters involved? We've also not gotten any details about the content of the game. Will it be another attempt to go "mainstream" like the original Bloodlust and focus on boy/girl stuff? Adding an erection sequence is welcomed news gg. As you've also mentioned, the hair being rigid at odd angles is really what stands out as wrong to me. Glad to see you've fixed the silver glow on the genitals the original animations had.

I haven't seen many porn games that focus more on the porn aspect then what I've tried to do, always room for improvement though and not something I'll forget about... having said as you said the combat needs to be fun first before the sex is even appreciated the reason I'm going the combat route is because it's what I play personally, which will ensure more longterm support we added a lot of stuff to Flying High outside of the animations imo, revamped most aspects after the early access release and I'm adding more animations now, but yeah the replayability aspect of the new game is another reason that I foresee more ongoing content after release Cerene origins will mostly be focussed on dick girl content, but there will be some hetero elements to the story, since she doesn't start out as either a vampire or with having a dick girl fetish

Thank you for the answers. If having a combat system will keep you interested in, working on, and (more importantly) releasing something I'm all for it. Ok, having dudes for the game before Cerene starts to get fucked by dickgirls or gets turned into a vampire seems ok. I'm just not interested in futa and dudes stuff. Hope we start seeing WIPs of the characters soon. Is Lanessa involved?
