I love when Spn goes back to it's roots with the creepiness and twisted minds of "monsters". I've always enjoyed those episodes a lot.

This is a good throwback episode. I never saw the twist with Jeffrey coming. And I've never hated a one-off character like Jeffreu for killing that poor doggy. What a piece of shit. Glad Dean killed him, and I hope they tell the authorities that Jeffery was the killer all along. I'm not sure how the hellscape inside Sam's brain works. Technically they're supposed to be his memories, but the interaction with Lucifer (not Lucy - that's Tom Ellis) seems like it's current. My theory is that Lucifer is worming his way inside Sam's brain FROM the cage.
