I love the fact that Supernatural subverts your expectations. Makes it the Mystery yet to unfold, for the SPN Fans. But because they do it in such a way, that the Audience expects the Female to only use Sex, as Man ipu lation, we are gratifyed as the result being the other Trick in the bag. It makes for the reveal to be a fresh perspective... What we appreciate from SPN. & Then Bobby to come in on clutch, & drive the plot home ward, again. & Calling them out on the obvious sh*"* after. That makes everything worth the ride we just went on with Sam & Dean, also left to confront the obvious, they much rather avoid... I don't love this episode. But I enjoy the conclusion. Bobby is Dad, when John let the boys down the path they tread precariously on now. Thank you Liam, Take Care. & can't wait for more Catterson Chronicals. 💖🌎🌀💖🐶👩🏻‍🚀✨🙌🏻✨🌕✨🪄🎩✨🤘🏼

Good take. The twist is fresh for Supernatural, making it very effective. It definitely elevates a mediocre episode. And Bobby!

@JefferyMlinek Just what I mean. It's so wonderful to be able to get that today. Not a lot of TV series can claim that they can see beyond just copying after everyone else's vision, or not putting they're own twist on there ideas. That make others want to follow their's. Makes it exciting, & worth actually watching TV series again. SPN just had that magic touch, that if you dared to copy it, People will call you on it. SPN Did a good job doing this to themselves, by calling themselves out at times, & making fun of their own ridiculous antic's, as in say, Dean makes fun of a movie poster, & actually Ackles breaks the 4th wall. I love that... Or tells a Character in the scene with him, that Come on you really don't think you're funnier then me? Do you? Dean & Sam, are Characterized as us. As they look in frame at self Centered jerks, no matter who they might be, & always banter before playing it cool, clumsy or crazy. The motivation is clear, they are genius in entertaining us... They are allowed to mock, to play, & everything is pear shaped, & imperfectly broken from the start, but as we follow along the often unspoken Narrative, of the episode, plot may not lead us where we assume it will, or leave us satisfied with the end results, but we may have varied opinions, about what we all noticed, or experienced, the Characters are aware of too. In that makes for a unique experience for everyone, counting on the world that the Brothers come from to have a continuity, lens, being fresh, & familiar, yet different, & all shocking, at the same time. ✨🪄🎩✨🌀💖🐶👩🏻‍🚀🌀✨🌕✨

Oh Hoyt... no-matter how many times I see this episode or see Jim Parrack play any other character, I think I will always still see him as one of my top two favorite True Blood characters "Hoyt Fortenberry." To recite a "Sam Winchester" line, Hoyt is just "too precious for this world."
