2023-11-24 16:21:22 I love how this episode surprises us by taking what up til now has been the show's usual angle - villain with sympathetic backstory - and turning it on its head with the sociopath angle. They played us with their own format. Although I do think that Cruella might have turned out less evil if she hadn't been confined to her room after her father's death - maybe she killed him for a reason, we don't know. I think the Angry Birds scene is partly meant as foreshadowing that she's not as powerful as she seems (because she's losing) - I don't think the power extends to fictional animals. There are 4 episodes left this season: the numbering ambiguity comes from whether to consider Smash the Mirror 1 episode or 2. If it's 1 episode, then this is number 18 of 22. If it's 2 episodes, then this is number 19 of 23.
