It is truly amazing that this show actually went on for 15 years when it was only originally supposed to go for 5. I really did try to get into it, but considering it premiered right after Angel was prematurely canceled, and I never seem to measure up to anything that the buffyverse produced on any level, I only tuned in sporadically over the last 15 years, and mainly in the last year just to see where everything was going. I won't disparage anybody from watching it, but it is a major major major commitment that takes up an incredible amount of time and energy. Only the truly dedicated can't even contemplate toppling a reaction all this level, though Liam seems up to the task.

2024-02-10 23:14:56 I started in 2012 when there were only seven seasons. Made it easier to catch up to the present. All 15 after the fact truly is the 15 reacting labours of Hercules, even for a show that I enjoy as much as I very much do this one.

The most terrifying thing about this episode for me has always been that not only “could” this really happen, it’s based on a real family from the early part of 19th century America.
