Harmony's line about having to try hard without a soul really hit. She has no chip, no soul but isn't killing out of sheer willpower. That's impressive. If you think about it she technically died when she was 17 or 18, before she had a chance to grow up. She gets into that toxic relationship with Spike because she's a lost, dead,, teenager. But she leaves Sunnydale, goes to LA and eventually stops killing and works ( she grew up rich getting a job an assistant was probably not something she'd considered human) Could she be better? Yeah. But she's clearly trying.

Harmony is the reason I don't believe "Angelus" and Angel should be considered as far apart as they usually are. Angel holds those urged he just tamps theme deep down. It's the same reason spike didn't torture himself for too long when he came back in s7
