I understood Carter's dilemma and ultimately I think the fact that they went for trying to assassinate Reese on site changed her mind/opened her eyes as we saw in the flashbacks last episode she doesn't go for dirty moves like that. I like how the case kinda resembled Carter's dilemma in terms of doing something wrong for the right reasons. Finch commenting on Fusco's lower intestines still makes me laugh.
