(Public) Kinda big future plan/idea and update for Patreon (Patreon)

Hi, I have some ideas/plans for the future of Patreon. Had some thoughts about how I should change from the current format of how I run Patreon and all.

First of all, I'm thinking about changing the current Monthly Billing payment to a Subscription Billing option. I'm still not fully committed to changing this option yet. But I think changing it so a subscription could benefit me and you guys in many ways.

And if I decided to change it to a subscription option, the way how I send the rewards will most likely change. I'll most likely stop uploading in all one, monthly reward way. And most likely gonna upload individually every time I post stuff. Don't know if I'm going to stop the Dropbox option as well. But if I decided to change to the subscription option, I may need to stop using it.

Second of all, the tiers. I'm currently thinking about adding a new tier, or change a current tier, increasing the price of the current tier, or just a mixture of all of them. I'm kinda torn about increasing the price of the tier mainly because I do understand the negative feeling for you guys when you have to pay more all of the sudden from the stuff you guys were currently paying. So I'm trying to do something other than increasing the price of the current tier.

Mainly thinking about adding a Demo Tier for $1, and something higher tier than the current gold edition. The price is still not decided. Might change the name in the future. I'm still looking for an idea of some kind as to what kind of benefits I need to add and stuff.

Currently, I'm thinking about abandoning the 1-year expiration date for my Rewards and making some sort of exclusive, solely archive-only pretty much Discord server right now. For you guys to get access to my prev works and stuff. Might need to change how gumroad stuff works but I'll figure it out.

And speaking of Discord Server, I'm still not yet planning to make a public, or private community Discord server because mainly I don't have enough money, nor don't want to have any kind of trouble looking for / hiring a moderator for my server. And I definitely don't have time to moderate the entire server all by myself. And since it's the community discord server, whether it's big or small, some kind of problem, or argument between individuals will most likely happen someday and I don't have enough mental capacity to handle all of that while I'm also working on my drawings.

Still, I may find a trustworthy, and person I know to be my moderator or earn enough money to hire a moderator or something in the future to run a community discord someday. But for now, I don't have any plan to make a community discord server to chat and stuff.

Also thinking about providing you guys with clip/psd files of my drawings. I'm not so sure I'm going to give out my original work files because I'm using CSP and stuff in my native language and not in English. So I'll most likely make an edited one, but I'll make it as is pretty much similar to my original files.

I'm still torn about the request or mini-commission. I totally understand this is probably the one that you guys really want me to add but as a person who still kinda struggles to change my problematic perfectionism issues with my messy mental state kinda heavily discourages to add these benefits. I'm worried about you guys getting disappointed by the quality of the requested drawing I made and everything. It's kinda difficult.

Also, a little bit of quality of life update. I'm planning to add more detailed tags for my future posts, and prev posts. So something like Character specific tags and whether it's NSFW or not will be tagged in my posts pretty soon.

Might add more QOL updates but my brain is kinda overheated writing this post. I'll make a separate post or something later if there's anything something new.

I'm still really an absolute amateur in this kind of stuff and I'm trying to find the balance to make you guys happy and make myself happy as well. I don't know if all these things will apply in the future, but I do want some big changes to how I run Patreon right now so I'll be back with more updates in the future.
