An epic podcast! Mike and Conor discuss the deep philosophical implications of Van Hagar, of avatars putting on haptic suits, of the personification of the collective intelligence of all humanity saying things like, "You're not gonna win, doofus!"

Cline was always in way over his head (from the second he thought to himself, "Hey, I should write a book", of course), but when he moves away from listing his favorite video games and 80s songs into the realm of gigantic action scenes and the notions of what it means to be human, um, it doesn't go well.

Coming soon -- what's the next book?!

SHOCKED that Conor and Mike skipped over this infuriating part when they've just killed Anorak and are trying to escape: "...we heard all of the combat telebots in the adjacent room power up and come to life. Then we heard the sound of breaking glass, followed by the approaching rumble of hundreds of rubber-grip-encased metal feet pounding against the marble floor. They were already coming through the door of Og's office - which also appeared to be the only exit." Oh man, hundreds of combat telebots are coming for them and they're blocking the only exit! Our heroes are really going to have to work hard to fight their way out of this one! A few paragraphs later... "...I turned my telebot around and raised my guns, preparing to face the coming onslaught. But instead of joining me, Miles calmly raised his own telebot's guns and used them to cut a large hole in the wall behind us, creating a new exit out of the house." Oh, okay.

I actually saw Fanboys in the theater when it came out....I remember not knowing much about it but thought it would be a fun fan-film or something and, being a Star Wars fan, I went along. Hoo Boy - if you guys watch it, get ready. It was terrible.
