I'm only half-way through the Reading and am struck by the Seeming randomness of the Use of proper nouns and capitalization, e.g.

• OutSight

NO caps for

• witchlights
• kilk-natch
• calming pass
• the mountains (which are evidently sentient and IMO deserve it)
• mindspeak
