I used this in my game yesterday, and it was awesome. Players impressed, so thanks. Minor nitpick: Shouldn't the statue be facing the castle? Because it's a trap where it breathes cold air towards the door. Of course, if you did that, the picture wouldn't look nearly as cool.

Wow, that’s awesome. I’m glad it was well received. And yes, you’re exactly right about the statue. I have wanted to stick as close to the cannon description as possible, but in this case I thought it would look much better if it was turned around. And thought it wouldn’t be a big deal for a dm to change the description slightly. Hope it still works.
