Ownable Apartments v4 - Releasing in the next couple of days. This version will include the purchase gameplay.  Fixed many of the issues present in the prior version.  New gameplay included. (Pixxel Perverts)

-Dirty Gigs. I'm finally starting to figure some of the more complicated features for this mod. The next phase is to get the mod complete and into testing.  Expected Oct/Nov

-Family Gameplay Mod. This mod releasing in Sept/Oct.

-Sexy Gigs v17 - Strippers Update in development.  Idea stage so no details on gameplay available.

Someone Asked about Life By You modding.  I do plan to mod the game however the way it's looking is that tools provided allows everyone to change gameplay as they need and want.  Much easier.  I am following the progress.
