Friday 9/8
Functional Malls And Shopping Centers - Continued work on this mod today.  Looks like a little more time is needed to complete everything.  Now expected Saturday or Sunday.  

I'm trying to add the following features: multiple stores, check out at register, customer returns, retail problems like shoplifters, new types of retail employees with the ability to manage them all.

Employees include cashiers, sales associates, janitors, food court vendors, mall security, and arcade attendants.  Earn money through retail sales and collecting retail rent from the stores.

The feature that might not make it is check out at register.  I'd have to figure that out.  I'll keep you updated on the progress.

Mall venue not included, use generic lot.

Functional Malls And Shopping Centers - Working on this mod entire day.  I'm trying to use the retail system as is from get to work.  So you can set items for sale as normal, hire those employees etc.  With the mod you can also spawn more types of employees and spawn more types of customer npcs.  So those npc customers will interact with an arcade, food court, and the multiple retail outlets.  Expected release Friday night however check for updates if it'll take more time. Ownable Apartments v4 - Expected to release Sunday night but check for updates. I've avoided using custom venues for a while since the critical error so this version might not include them.  Operate the apartment complex from a generic lot.  I'm adding new gameplay features and making the mod a lot more stable.  Making needed improvements. Ownable Brothels - Will get an update very soon.  So if you've had problems just note them in the comments on brothel post and any features you'd like to see. (Pixxel Perverts)

Patch Day - The patch is really small and shouldn't affect mods much.  I'll start testing them later tonight with a new Patch Update post released on Wednesday.

Hotel Hospitality Mod v4 - Updating release to Tuesday night.  I'm working on a couple of issues with the mod, then the release.

Next I'll get Functional Malls and Shopping Centers complete.

Hotel Hospitality Mod v4 - I'll be in testing most of the day.  This can release once any issues are found and fixed which I expect to finish later tonight or sometime Monday.

3-4 mods releasing this week.  This includes the rescheduled mods Hotel Hospitality and Functional Malls and Shopping Centers Mod. (Pixxel Pervert)

Ownable Apartments v4 - Will get a complete update and new gameplay this week.  Some players had problems with interactions showing up.

Sexy Gigs Mod v16 - most likely in it's final week in testing and very close to releasing. Still a bit to fix with the mod and making sure everything works properly.  Appreciate your patience.  I'll keep you updated if it will take a little longer.

More mod updates are coming this month along with new mod ideas.  Someone ask about Dirty Gigs Mod, I'm still working on this mod from time to time.  It's an extremely complex mod, however progress is slowly being made to figure out the tuning for it.
