FUNCTIONAL SPERM BANKS MOD - DOWNLOAD (Patreon)

This mod adds ownable, functional sperm banks to The Sims 4.

Requirements:

How To Setup A Sperm Bank
Get a generic Sperm Bank from the gallery - Origin ID: WickedPixxel

Find it named "Fertility Service".

Get To Work Desk Glitch.  The desk in the image below will glitch out computers sometimes. These are the only interactions that'll show.  Remove this desk and replace with any other desk if this happens to you.  This desk is in the build.

You'll need to include a basegame computer, all in one power pc, Sperm Analyzer (Build/Buy Mode) and Cryo Freezer (Build/Buy Mode)

To Find The Object In Build/Buy Search
-Sperm Analyzer
-Cryo Freezer

Set the venue type to "Sperm Bank", or Generic.

If you can't get the venue type to work just set it to generic and skip the purchase venue part.  The venue will work with open, close, and remaining gameplay.

Gameplay Guide
Start by giving your Sim the Sperm Donor Tech trait in CAS.

From your home lot (residential) select the Sperm Bank menu and "Purchase A Sperm Bank".

From there you can make the purchase and transfer funds.  Please remember not to use any of the get to work retail business ui except to sell the business.

Now your Sperm Bank is ready for business.

From the computer you can open or close the sperm bank.  When you open the sperm bank it'll spawn one male sperm donor.  When you're ready for another client open the sperm bank again, as needed.  Closing the sperm bank will send away all Sims except the Sim you're playing.  Family members will leave too.

When a sperm donor arrives click on them and Send Them To Give A Sperm Sample.  They'll leave for a little while but the sample can be found in your inventory.

You'll get 2 samples.  One to analyze on the Sperm Analyzer and one to sell. If you're not ready to sell them, place the samples in the Cryo Freezer.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables.
