Senior Living Mod - working on the mod and expecting to get into testing in a day or so then release.  

Functional Sperm Banks - I decided to change this mod into a lot trait instead of ownable. It will still be fully functional.  I'm also adding new functional items, specimen jar, Microscope, vial of sperm, and Liquid Nitrogen Cryo Tank for freezing.  Rescheduled for March. Might include other fertility options.

Wednesday 2/22
Couch-Surfing Mod - Completed.  Ran into a couple of issues that were fixed.  You'll need to have high friendship with a Sim before their residential lot populates in the social event.  Always welcomed reward trait highly helpful.

Ownable Sperm Banks - in progress. Potential change from ownable to lot trait however it'll function mostly the same.  That'll remove the need for venue lists etc.

Main Focus - Sexy Gigs v15 and Senior Living Mod. Will delay the Dark Emotions Trait due to time.

I've got new fixes planned for Sexy Gigs v15 and planned support and fixes for v14.1 afterwards.  Based on reported issues.

Completed mods will post late nights.

Currently working on a couple of mods Senior Living Mod and Sexy Gigs Mod v15.  I've added a couple of new activities to Senior Living, coupon clipping and scrapbooking.  Scrapbooking may not make it into the mod because it's something I'm still figuring out how it should work.  Coupon Clipping you purchase a newspaper, click and select "clip coupons".  You'll have a pile of coupons.  If you have the pile of coupons in inventory you'll get discounted prices on prescriptions and other functional items.

While I'm working on these bigger mods I'll be releasing small mods this week including a few adult only venues.

New with each mod download post I'll include a full tutorial video.  This will help show that all mods are working, how to use them, and gameplay ideas.

Stand-Up Comedian Mod - rescheduled a couple of times.  Added new content on microphones and job event to earn more money as a comedian. (Free Public)

2/20 Monday
Couch Surfing Social Event - Sims can travel from couch to couch as they go on adventures. (Early Access All Tiers)

Art Class Social Event - Sims can get a boost to their painting skills with an art class. (Early Access All Tiers)

Ownable Sperm Banks - NPC Sperm Donors will do things in a cup lol, take it and sell it.

2/22 Wednesday
Dark Emotions Trait Pack - For Sims that are going through something right now.  Each dark emotion will have remedies to make things better though. (Free Public)

2/23 Thursday
Senior Living Mod - Senior Citizen Trait, wisdom skill (minor), rabbithole travel to bingo hall, casino, Doctor visits and more.  Functional health issues include incontinence, arthritis, and dementia.  New activities coupon clipping and scrapbooking. Retiree Career with Social Security Recipient Branch and Walmart Branch.   Assisted Living Facility for elders who can't care for themselves, and the ability to get assistance if they need it. (Early Access Pixxel Perverts)

2/24 Friday
Catching up on delayed mod if needed and development.

2/25 Saturday
Sexy Gigs Mod v15 - Still a ways to go with this mod so expect a delay.  Will keep you updated on the progress.  Hoping to get this out this month or the first week of March.

The main focus will be Dirty Gigs once Sexy Gigs is released.  Dirty Gigs is a massive mod with a lot of complex tuning.  However getting closer to being able to release this.  New expectation is an early March Release.  Will have full schedule updates next week.
