Shopping center sized 50x40.  CC included.  5 stores located in the shopping center that you will need to customize.  50% shell with 3 stores barebones. Laundromat, clothing store, and liquor store.  Make this into whatever you want.

Originally made for someone else who no longer wants to create content for The Sims 4.  Now available to everyone.

Any issues let me know below.  Unzip the file and place the Mods from the zip file into your Sims 4 mods folder.  Place the bin files in your Tray folder.  Place all the bin files loose, meaning no need to put them into a folder.
