Hotel Hospitality Mod adds functional and ownable hotels to The Sims 4.

What You'll Need

Important:  Make sure you have just one venue list in your mod's folder.

Mod Conflicts
It's always possible for a mod to conflict with this one, but I don't know of any.  This mod is primarily made using mod constructorv4 so it's custom but if you have any issues just le me know.

You can sell the business using the retail UI but be aware the remaining function of the retail UI should not be used in any way.

How To Setup A Hotel
Get a hotel lot from the gallery or build one of your own.  Give the lot the Hotel venue type.  Next add the Hotel Manager Lot Trait.  This will give your Sim the Hotel Manager trait when they arrive and remove it when they leave. 

Make sure the hotel has 8 or more hotel rooms, front desk area, and activities for the guests while they're there. A basegame computer is required to run the hotel properly.

Note: During testing I noticed that the lot trait didn't always work, so you'll also get the trait when you purchase a venue.

Troubleshooting
First be aware that the venue converts back to generic once you purchase the venue.  It will not remain hotel venue.  

You should be able to purchase the venue if it's the generic lot type as well.  In case hotel doesn't show up.

If the venue doesn't show up when you try to purchase it then try another venue list.  There are several.  Basemental has one, littlemssam, and a few others.

How This Works
Once your hotel is setup you will need to be on a residential lot, have a basegame computer for the interactions to show up, and select "Purchase Hotel".  This will take you to the world map where you'll need to remember where you placed your hotel.  Find and select the hotel you placed or created to purchase. 

The price will be the value of the lot, so you'll need to have the full amount to purchase.

Just like purchasing a retail lot, you'll need to transfer some money into the business.  WARNING!!!  do not attempt to use any of the features for hiring and marking up prices etc from the retail ui.  However you can use the sell retail store button to get rid of the hotel and potentially break even.

Also be aware you might have to give it the Hotel venue type again once you've sold it.

How To Run A Hotel
There are 4 key menus that will help you run the hotel.  Front Desk and Security System are on the computer, Hospitality and Security are social.  Starting out you'll need the Front Desk menu.  From this menu you can Book Hotel Guests, process payments every 24 hours, and close the hotel if needed.  

Book Hotel Guests - will open the hotel and 8 hotel guests will arrive.  They will interact with whatever is availabe in the hotel.  Assign beds if you want them to sleep in a particular room.

Close The Hotel - will force all the guests to leave. 

Process Payments - Will loot a random amount up to $3000

To make the hotel more functional hire different services.  Click on stove to hire caterer, use phone to hire other service npc's.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
