How To Download:
First thing you'll need to do is unzip the file.  Take the tray files and place all of them into the Sims 4 tray folder.  The Psychiatrist Office will show up in your library.  

You will need to check the custom content box in your library.  There's a little grass on the lot that turned out to be cc.
