Get Rich Quick Mod - Version 4 adds a functional record label to The Sims 4.  Become the CEO via a CAS Trait, find talented music artists, negotiate a record deal, produce their album, then send them on tour.  

Very Important:  Remove the previous version if you're going to use version 4.0

How This Works
Create your own record label build or grab this one ( https://bit.ly/3cfMzaP ), change the lot type to Generic, and add the Record Label Lot Trait.  This lot trait will spawn a NPC Producer and NPC Recording Engineer.

Give your Sim the Record Label CEO trait in cas.  This trait is located in the lifestyle category.

Use the computer to Find Talent.  You can spawn a Talented Singer or Talented Rapper.   Under the Contract Negotiation social menu you can Close A Record Deal or Negotiate A Recording Contract.  In order for the artist to actually work for you you'll need a successful response from the Close A Record Deal interaction.

From the Talent Management menu you can discuss going on tour or send the artist on tour.

This update includes a functional Recording Studio Station.  This is the Music Production Station from Get Famous and you'll need that pack for this item to show up.  

It works very similar except you see an interaction to "Produce A New Album".  You can then use normally by burning the album to send the CD to your inventory.

You have 2 options, release the track in the normal fashion and have another record company, Dinky Beats etc give you royalties.

Or you can simply sell the CD directly in inventory by dragging it to the inventory register.  You should earn $12,500 up to $25,000.

When the CD is out of inventory you click on it, select Distribute New Album for a congratulations notification.

Computer Interactions:
The Schedule A Meeting With Your Talent will only spawn a Sim that you've given a recording contract with.  When you spawn them their tooltip will change from Rapper or Singer to Recording Artist.
