PROGRESS UPDATE FOR ALL UPCOMING MODS - NOVEMBER (Patreon)

Thank you to everyone supporting these mods and I hope you have incredible holidays.  I have a lot of updates on upcoming mods.

Get Rich Quick Mod - Version 4.0 Music Industry Update
Headed into testing and then release.  This update adds a functional record label CEO career to the game.  You can find talented singers and rappers, negotiate a record contract, and sign them to your label.  Once they're signed you can then send them on tour to perform or promote their new album.

This update includes a Record Label build for download with recording studio.  Use the Record Label Lot Trait to spawn a music producer and recording engineer.

This update also includes a functional object recording studio station, which is the music production station from Get Famous.  Use the station to record a new album, release and distribute the album to earn money for your record label.

Hotel Hospitality Mod - Functional Hotel Management
Adds a fully functional hotel you can run.  Hire various crews like kitchen staff to cook meals, housekeeping crew, and front desk reception.  Use the computer to spawn hotel guests.

This hotel can be used with the mod.  All my builds are free and separate downloads.  Includes a Hotel Problems Lot trait.  If you add this lot trait you'll spawn unwanted guests who can cause terrible issues on the property.  Use the security menu to handle these Sims.  From a killer roaming around to drunken guests.  Make money every time you spawn hotel guests.  This mod is currently in production.

Functional Inhaler Mod
This mod is currently in the idea phase.  This mod will add Asthma and Bronchitis to the game.  Sims with a cough can use an inhaler to relieve symptoms.  This is a custom object with use of a 3d model from cgtrader.  

Love Connections Mod
This mod is in the production phase.  Adds unique romantic relationships to the game with branching menus and social interactions.  

Real Personality Mod
A new idea I'm working on that's in the production phase.  An attempt to bring unique personalities to the Sims 4.  The mod will start out with 4 "Dark Core" traits. These gameplay traits are negative.  The mod will be updated as often as possible with many more traits over time.  They'll range from positive, neutral, to negative like the initial set.

The first 4 gameplay traits are violent tendencies, extremely jealous, hateful, and drama queen.  The mechanics for each will differ but may include custom animations with facial expressions, custom interactions, custom autonomy buffs, autonomous interactions, new animated reactions.  

Real Elders Mod
In idea phase.  I'd love to give elders a lot more gameplay options but not the typical stereotype of what an elderly sim would be.  I see them as very active, same interest in creating romantic relationships, maybe they have grandchildren but they don't even have to like them lol.  They're not sitting around knitting.  However being an elder will have the typical physical issues.  Should be interesting.

Urban Legends Mod
I'm still trying to figure out what this mod would actually do, very much in the idea phase.  I'd like to have a wendigo in the game.  Monsters and just horrific things to happen to sims.  Sims could tell stories around a bonfire and actually spawn something scary.  

Trailer Park Living Mod, Losers And Lowlifes Updated
Couple of small gameplay updates to these mods to release this month.

Sexy Gigs 8.0 Trap Queen Update, Gender Bender Update.
I mentioned prior that the Trap Queen update will require me to learn a lot of new modding skills.  I've been learning a lot about autonomy and animation in blender.  On both fronts I'd say I'm near understanding autonomy and animations that function as intended in the game.  

For the Trap Queen update autonomy is important because when you sell crack to a NPC crackhead you'd want them to actually smoke it on their own.  Of course the animation is needed to have the sim move in that manner.  

I'll be using 3d models from cgtrader and another 3d model site.  This will be the actual crack pieces, and a pipe.  

Basically getting there bit by bit.  However I don't want to put the mod on hold for too long while I learn these skills.  I think I will change the 8.0 update into the Gender Bender update, keep working on the Trap Queen until it's ready for release.  That way you get new gigs for the mod this month.
