TRAILER PARK LIVING MOD - VERSION 3 (Patreon)

Trailer Park Living Mod adds a functional community of rent paying trailer park tenants to The Sims 4.  

How It Works:
In CAS add the "Well Kept Property" Aspiration to your sim along with the "Property Manager" trait located in the Lifestyle category.   The aspiration will also give you the skilled Property Manager Aspiration trait.

Gameplay:
Create a trailer park or use one pre-made from the gallery or here:  ( https://www.patreon.com/posts/trailer-park-no-43911327 ), give it the generic venue type.  To attract tenants you'll need a computer and "Advertise For Tenants".  This will cost you $400.  All computer interactions are located under the "Property Manager" menu

All social interactions are located under the "Deal With Tenants" menu when you click on any sim.

When you advertise you'll automatically spawn 5 tenants who will pick trailers randomly or try to get into yours.  Lock your doors if you don't want them in your trailer home.

Click on a Sim see if there are any maintenance issues or listen to their complaints.  If a tenant tells you about a maintenance problem you can use the computer to "Hire A Maintenance Company" for $800.  This will spawn a repairperson. 

Every 24 hours you'll need to collect rent.  It's a 2-step process.  The first thing you have to do is click on a Sim and select the "Collect Rent" interaction.  Next you have 2 hours to get on a computer and select the same interaction to "Collect Rent".  This will give you $4500.
