This is a functional restaurant.  You can use Dine Out or Get To Work to make this work.  Mcdonalds brand food works with the Dine Out Menu. The food items are also available to place on sale like retail.

You'll also need these two mods to make the mcdonalds food show up for your restaurants.

The zip file will have a folder labeled "Mods",  Rename that what you want or McDonalds CC, place it in your Sims 4 Mod folder.  The other files are Tray Files.  Those go into your Tray Folder.  Then it should show up in your gallery library for you to place.

I saved the lot as residential.  You can change the lot type to whatever you want, restaurant, retail, etc.  

Not sure which packs were used.  If something isn't showing up please replace with cc or different pack item.  Remember to use the bb.moveobjects cheat before placing this lot.
