APRIL UPDATE (Patreon)

Hope everyone is doing good these days. Huge thank you for your support and patience.  I finally got the Sexy Gigs revamp uploaded but there are a few things that need fixing.  I'm expecting to finish that in the next few days.  There will be a new post for Sexy Gigs Mod Version 4.1.

It's been brought to my attention that Losers And Lowlifes Mod isn't working properly, I'll update this mod asap. Will also add responses which was suggested to me.

The next mod in development is a realistic romance mod called Love Connections.  Relationships will continuously evolve through social interactions. I've been working on this for a while and will have specific details really soon.   Expected release within 2-3 weeks

Other mods I have in development include Get Rich Quick Mod update and a new mod called Dirty Gigs.  

Get Rich Quick Mod currently gives you an email account on your computer filled with spam get rich quick opportunities if you invest.  Most of these you lose money but a few your can generate a profit.  The update will expand what you can invest in to earn more money and not just get ripped off. 

I'm also creating a functional office building where you can run a corporate style business, have employees, make business deals, board meetings and sales meetings.  

Dirty Gigs allows you to join functional criminal careers.  Presently there are looters and drug cookers.  Looters steal as much as they can and sell them at pawn shops or anyone who'll purchase.  The pawn shops are functional to own or just to sell stolen stuff to.  Basically stolen items can be sold to npc's.  Looters can also rob banks, and other Sims. 

Drug cookers use recipes to create synthetic drugs on the stove.  They then sell those drugs bulk to a dealer to make a good amount of money.
