Note:  Remove the previous version of this mod if you're going to use this version.

How This Works:
Give your Sim the "Self Storage Manager" Trait in CAS.  

Use the computer to "Invite Customers".  This will spawn 2-3 NPC Self Storage customers.  Introduce yourself.  There are two new social menus, "Customer Service", and "Collect Storage Fees".  

Customer Service Interactions:
How are you today?  Customer will respond and let you know what they want.
Discuss prices
Discuss storage unit sizes
Explain how self storage works
Offer packing and storage tips
Discuss climate control features

Are you ready to rent a unit?  The customer will respond with yes and give you the size of the storage unit they want to rent, or no.  

Collect Storage Fees:
There are 3 Storage unit sizes.  Large, Medium, and Small.  The large units cost $400 and will give you 3 items from the customer.  The medium units cost $300 with 2 items from the customer.  The small units are $200 with 1 item from the customer.

Customer Items:
You can find their items in your Sim's inventory, or household inventory.   Once you have them, place them in a storage unit.

How To Download:
Download this mod, unzip, and place the mod into your Sims 4 file folder.
